Healthcare Procurement Solutions Announces Selection of New President

Atlanta, Georgia - - Healthcare Procurement Solutions, LLC ("HPS") today announced that Ken Stansberger will be joining the HPS Team January 1, 2023 as the new President and CEO succeeding Don McGahee, Founder/Shareholder as part of the organizations leadership succession plan. Don McGahee will continue to be actively involved in operations of HPS and will serve as mentor and advisor to the HPS leadership team and Member of the Governing Board. When asked about the addition of Ken Stansberger to the HPS team, Mr. McGahee said, "I am so excited that we were able to attract someone with Ken’s background, experience and his commitment to maintain the core values of HPS. I look forward to working with Ken and think he will be a catalyst to create incremental value and savings for our Members."
Ken comes to HPS from McKesson Medical Surgical, a long-time valued partner of HPS. When asked for his thoughts on joining HPS, Ken said, "Don McGahee has built an amazing, unique company over the last 20 years and I am humbled by his trust in me as a leader. I look forward to working with Don, Jeanna and all of the incredible employees in the HPS Family to deliver additional value for our members and industry partners."
In addition, we are pleased to announce that Jeanna Terry, who has led various operating functions for HPS since 2012 has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Mrs. Terry will have responsibility for the organization's Atlanta operations team.

About Ken Stansberger
Ken Stansberger comes to HPS from McKesson Medical Surgical where he spent 18 years of progressive career advancement in roles including sales, sales leadership, and national accounts. For the last six years, Ken served as the Field Vice President managing GPOs inclusive of the overall relationship with Premier for the medical surgical business unit at McKesson.
Ken is a 2000 graduate of Texas Christian University and resides in Fort Worth, TX with his wife (Amanda) and two daughters (Emily -17 and Kenzie – 15). In his free time, he enjoys attending TCU games, golfing, and spending time with his family.
